Prima Hatfield Associates recruits for the motor trade across Kent, London, Surrey, Sussex and Essex. Their vacancies live in Recruit CRM, and candidates needed to find them on the website and on Google.

THE ASK:

Show every live vacancy on the website and in Google, take applications straight into the CRM, and run Google Ads that send candidates to a page about the job they searched for.

What We Achieved:

We connected Recruit CRM to the website, so every live vacancy gets its own job page and closed roles come down on their own. Candidates apply with a CV upload that goes straight into the CRM, and the team gets an alert when an application arrives.

We added Google for Jobs markup to every role and built a landing page for each search term we bid on. Margate Digital built the main website; our work sits on top of it.
