QC Beauty launched in the US across Google, Meta and Amazon at once. Each platform reported a different value for the same sale.
The team was making spend decisions on numbers that couldn’t all be true.
Find out what was actually working. Before any budget moved, QC needed tracking they could trust, and a brand presence to build the US launch on.
We rebuilt measurement before touching a single bid. We checked every conversion action against what the site actually did.
We stripped out duplicate and zero-value events, and separated brand from generic so returning buyers stopped counting as new ones. The account now reports one number the team can act on.
We also run their brand and social across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. That covers video, carousels, photo posts and UGC creators promoting the range. With tracking fixed, every piece of paid content is judged on real sales.
Good product, steady traffic, almost no online sales. We fixed the checkout and product pages before pointing ads at them, and took them from almost zero orders to 20+ a day.
Their best product page was losing buyers to cheaper Amazon listings, so we rebuilt it to answer the Amazon question up front.
